I blazed through with 3 challenges entered. :D Actually that's 3 challenges in almost 3 years. I'll enter another one sometime in july! j/k

16 Challenges entered.
4 ribbons (3 official and one next tuesday hehe well it is unnoficial but something would have to go really bad to miss that ribbon)out of wich:

and finishing top 20 on DPCStats, not bad for my first few months online.
I have to say that I got my first ribbon just when I was starting to feel like I never would... I have managed to post a photo every week with my worst score of 3.949 |

My 05 highs and low of 91 challenges
 My highest was DQed 6.9
 6.680
 3.304 - my "nude" appeared not to meet the challenge :)

Let's see, I entered 21 challenges this year. Took me a long time to get the guts up to submit.

I can't believe that one finished above a 4. I learned from that picture that things need to be in focus! Most of the time at least ;-)
Very grateful to this community for helping me learn and grow as a photographer

Joined in April and was immediately humbled by the amazing talent here on DPC.
29 Challenges entered...
1 4th
3 6th
and a bunch of top 20's.
Proudest accomplishment... top 20 in Free Study
couple of favorites... :)

I entered 10 challenges in 2005, mostly in the last 2 months.
Highest score of the year was a 5.901 with
Lowest score was 4.199 (with 72 comments) with
and one DQ :-(

Pretty good year for me...
34 entries, including my highest (7.749) and lowest (4.523) scores ever. I managed to nab 7 ribbons (5 of them blue) and 7 more top 10 finishes. My first finish of 2006 was 44th. Hmmm... maybe I should have quit while I was ahead? ;-) |

Only 13 challenges for 2005. My average was 5.73.
My goal for this year is the elusive 7+ score. The closest I've come to that is 6.707. |

Well, yes ... but it doesn't mean I'm a master by any means. I just happen to be good enough at portraiture and boudior to get paid to do it.
Look at my profile, I don't enter photos within my field very often. I choose to grow in other styles, rather than submit what I know I can do well enough.

I entered 82 challenges. I had an average score of 5.76. I had 4 ribbons. Here they are

Well I was surprised when I started going back through my statistics. I entered 45 challenges with an average score of 5.3405 and one ribbon (brown).
My highest score was 6.758, 7th/200 (97%)
This was shot in the same location as my brown ribbon winner - I had to go back and redeem myself!
The funny part is that my worst finish was NOT my lowest score - LOL
My brown ribbon winner was 4.405, 106th/106 (0%)
I actually had four scores lower than my brown ribbon winner. My lowest score was 3.949, 271st/284 (5%)

Probably my favorite and highest score for the year was this one.
6.367
My lowest and not my favorite, just got in one of those artsy moods was this one.
4.522 and not my lowest by far.

Man...that's the most poignant comment I've read in weeks. For me the key word is "try"....and trying not to enter when all you really want is to be involved or to have access to that update button AND failing is the root of all evil.

I entered 30 challenges ,recived 11 top twenties and managed a 6.039 average.
my worst score was 4.678 best of 7.288 
I broke 7 three times and my best two shots missed the ribbons
