Several of the shots I enjoyed the most in FS have been mentioned already but hey, if it gives them a few more views, all the better! Here are some of my picks:

Thank you mr. P for the Posthumous Blue Ribbon in Free Study. Now we are talking! Yes, and thanks for the nosehair comment: "I know this must be Gunn the infamous nosehair photographer but I can't stop myself from giving this a Posthumous Blue Ribbon. It's just so painfully beautiful." Excellent choice (also) on the red one to ubique. |

I know it! Free Studies being what they are, with the huge number of fantastic images, it is more work. And this FS, in particular, has given me pause. I am considering something slightly different. But I am actively prepping, if that counts for anything :-)

This particular FS really floored me--so many images that moved me, caused me to gasp, laugh, or to be transported. I was going around in circles trying to make selections. So, at last, I settled on a slightly different approach that helped me organize my own thought process better. My thanks to all of you for sharing these images, with so much pleasure in the viewing, and so much torment in trying to choose among them....

		Thank you for the nomination!
My second of the year so far! My little point and shoot camera is doing pretty well (both were taken with a Fuji point snd shoot camera which was converted to shoot in infrared instead of visible light- the conversion means I can shoot IR without any external filters or the long exposure times they require). It lets me see the world a bit differently.
There were a lot of great images so it is an honor to be included.
