They Came From The Planet Debbie

Very Ed Wood and a 4.8 to match. The 7's represent a strong cult following. |

This may be a little dark but the grain in the image adds to the mood. I didn't vote in this challenge but probably would have given it a 6.

This is actually a really great shot, you have defintely captured the feel of those 1950s shots of "UFO`s".. Has a very B-movie feel to it, one can almost hear the Theremin led soundtrack that should accompany this image..

I think you nailed exactly what you were after with this. A Posthumous award and appeal to a limited group that likes such things. It did not come up for me in voting and I honestly don't know what I would have given it. The appearance is clearly intentional. I congratulate you on being able to target your audience with such precision.

Added: Also glad to see you jumping into the fray again.

Not too bad, I like the processing, very apocalyptic feel, those spheres are interesting, and I like the grain. 6

Oooh. Giant eyeballs taking over... The city already appears to be abandoned. Or eaten. Perhaps they were all eaten! (Needless to say, I like this.)

I like what you were going for in this photo. I think this one will be misunderstood for the most part unfortunately. People that understand the close encounters reference will get it though. Good job.

Nice way to get us to see a mundane scene anew. Grain is a perfect complement to the "mysterious" look of the image. Very compelling.
