Very underrated. This is a great image that just draws you in, scared on the way but you just get sucked in deeper as you look at it. Wonderful effort.

This is SOOOO creepy. I gave it a 7 and then I couldn't bump it up because I didn't dare click on it again.

That's an evil looking clown. Like the way light hits only 2/3 of his face

That is VERY good. It'll frighten the crap out of the coulrophobics, as your title suggests. Instead of the usual two-dimensional 'evil clown' character, this one has an unnerving depth to him ... cool and disdainful. Thus we have a clown who is clearly not a clown; unsettling indeed. And it's an impression heightened by the schizophrenic character of your lighting.
I give it a 10. And the wildly capricious Order of the Thumb.

There's nothing creepier than a clown, especially with no smile in B&W with moody light. Great shot!

Kick butt sad clown. That always makes me laugh, but then I think about the real person and then I feel sad, but then it is a sad clown which is funny. So really a bunch of mixed emotions on this one. 10 from me.
