Well, this is just my opinion, but i would crop a little more the top to make the image stronger. Also correct the chromatic aberrations, the purple fringing between snow and sea drew my attention. It is a very beatiful image, congrats.

Don't have many bird shots really, that is surprising as I love shooting them.. This is maybe one of my better ones.
My personal favorite for the fact that it is a single shot with little editing is this..
