here in Brazil we had a holiday on thursday, 11 ("corpus Christi") and I went to my aunt's house, in Indaiatuba city. I was there from thursday to sunday. These are some photos to show not exactly were I live, but where I spend at list 3 weekends a month.

I live near Philadelphia but only an hours drive to the west is a whole different world. These images are from what's called a Mud Sale. Every spring the local residents and the a select few Fire Companies have sales (auctions) to raise funds for the fire companies yearly expenses. These sales are called 'Mud Sales'. Pretty much it's because the fields have thawed and there's plenty of mud! There is an interesting mix of people here at the Mud Sale. There are the 'English' and the other local folk. A generic term would be Amish or Pennsylvania Dutch. But there are many different orders or sects of these local inhabitants. You will see some differences in the clothing worn. A common theme for clothing is black polyester.
