I'm not finding much to shoot these days that really shows well where I live. So I am contributing some images from last year again. This event took place about 20 miles from where I live. I went to a reenactment of the Battle of the Brandywine which was part of the Revolutionary War of the Colonials against the British in the 1770's. The Americans didn't do so well in this battle but is was a statement to let the British know that they were not just going to roll over and let the British win the war. Some of my information may not be exactly historically correct but it is as close as I can remember it from the participants of this reenactment on that day last year. The parties involved were not just British and Americans. There were several mercenary groups from other European countries along with several different Native American tribes that fought on both sides during the war.
