A different angle so that the back of the metal roadsign wasn't in the picture would have improved it as the road signn takes your attention away from the bull a bit. Would have also shot slightly lower as back feet are slightly cut off, there is more space at top of image so it would have been possible to do this.

I gave this shot a 3. My reason being that I didn't feel that it met the challenge which was to take a shot of " a Wheel ". It's a lovely shot of your daughter but I felt that the bike in the background was secondary to the main subject which was your daughter.
I feel that i scored your shot fairly. One of my favourite shots from this challenge was of flowers (I commented on that shot that I would have happily given it a 10 if the challenge was to take a shot of some flowers but as it didn't meet the challenge I gave it a 1)

Re your request for comments on the above image.
First of all I gave this shot a 7.
It was one of the better images in this challenge.
I liked the lighting of the head of the flower and the variations of the 2 main colours. The angle of your shot was fine, however the background was a bit distracting (particularly the top 1/3rd which was different to the rest of the background which was mottled. A slight adjustment to the angle from which the shot was taken could have rectified this.
Hope that you find my comments useful.
