Here is my final photo.
I think it is a step in the right direction, but I still have plenty to learn.
I have learned a lot from all the comments everyone has given, notably  ursula and  JMart. I've also learned a lot from all the photos posted to this challenge.
MattO, thanks for hosting this Side Challenge. I think this has been a lot more constructive for me than the normal challenges. It has also been a lot of fun.

Day 18:An azalea. Will it actually bloom this late in the year? 
Day 19: A rose that's been stuck as a bud for quite some time now.

Well I have posted my last Macro with the new lens. A change at my day job has required me to move some toys and since the macro was bought for one specific job and its now done. Its on the way. I'll continue to comment, and occasionally toss the extension tube on another lens. Thanks for those that participated this month. I had alot of fun.
