I am so unbelievably moved by this shot, I don't know how to express it...if I had a dream as a photographer it would be this shot...and sure here I am promoting a shot by a photographer who certainly doesn't need the attention, and there are so many brilliant people out there, so many beautiful shots...please post a shot that hits you, changes your pulse, captivates...

All I ever have to do to be touched is look at Manny's portfolio, it is simply amazing. My favorite is this shot.

I was going along voting during a challenge and came across this shot. It took my breath away. I couldn't even tell you why.

This one's done it for me for a while, funny how some shots just strike you as "That's where I want to be!".
And Neil's blue ribbon too:

Can i have a long list too?
It's just far too hard to narrow it down.
Great thread though.

Has anybody noticed how many of these have people (not a surprise) and how many are not oversaturated?

My picks for the breathless!
love that little tear!
-right place at the right time!
-caught in mid flight too!! Wow! You go Mick!
....and there is one more that I thought I had as a favorite:
It's of a little boy on a beach who is in leg braces and he's pushing a walker. It's stunning.
Anyone have that one in their faves?? |
