Wow....that really makes my night. ....and to think, it was taken with a fourty dollar 2mp point and shoot camera. :P
As for my favorite:
This picture pretty much embodies everything I live for; enjoying every second of life and having as much fun as often as possible.

There are so many genres in photography, and my favorite image selections cover a few, but the one posted here struck a nerve. It's emotive and tells a story, and has the ability to speak without any titling. Perhaps it is the parent in me...

Impossible to pick just one but if I was to show someone starting out what photo to study I would choose this one.
The sense of panic is overwhelming in this photo. Somehow it finished an incredible 266th place yet managed to get 31 favorites, which is just 8 less than what the 3rd place finisher in the same challenge got. That boggles the mind. To me this shot is not only content rich but was also shot with technical precision. I can't think of any other way that this could have been shot better. Simply, a masterpiece.

This cracks me up everytime I see it. The story to go with it is excellent as well. I mean, who would ever think to glue eyelashes on a frog?
