Day 7 - I stepped out of my comfort zone and went to see Katie Gray sing at the Lighthouse Bistro which is very close to my house and I took some snapshots of her. I also got to see some Humpback Whales breaching and doing tail slaps in the ocean off Larsen's Beach today. Wow, what a wonderful day. I also went to my favorite beach but I have posted many photos of the waves at Lumahai Beach.

Ok, with yesterdays bad-IQ submission done, I broke out the lights and a better lens today and now I think I have the mechanics down, but the splash is still eluding me...

I am so far behind on my postings and comments. I will get caught up between tonight and Sunday night.
This is my Day 3 image. Meet two of my best friends. They have helped me through two divorces and sour times. There is not enough I can say about these two marvelous individuals.
This is also an exercise in low light shooting. Wasn't real happy with the results...but I am learning from my mistakes.

MORNINGS that look like evenings fascinate me. Its a sunrise... This is actually day 6 and day 7.

Here are a few to catch up on the few days I missed.
 This is St. Luke's Episcopal Church here in town. I always thought red doors were bad advertising, so to find one on a church made me laugh!
 This is the sun. I took a picture of it thinking the moon looked really cool. ( you know how you can sometimes see the moon during the day) Didn't I feel dumb when the clouds and fog started moving and it became very obvious it was the sun!
 More eagles
 I thought I'd post some ducks so people wouldn't start thinking I was prejudice towards other birds! :)
