Oh, I just shoot whatever I happen to find. Yep. No trouble at all. Just a quick snapshot and I've got my entry.* [whistles innocently...]

*One or more of the above entries miiiight have required a bit more effort than a typical snapshot.

I love this thread! I can't believe I missed it before.

Strung my dog with Christmas lights.

Spent 12 hours filling and emptying a baby pool in my basement.

Hauled half the living room to the beach. That chair still deposits little piles of sand on the floor seven months after the challenge.

Hauled a bed to the park. Don't do this. Beds are heavy.

Bought a fish. I still have the fish.

Bought a door and hauled it to the beach. Sold it to some wedding photogs after.

Well, you know...

This is one of my early entries. I have a twisted mind. What can I say?

Hmmm... it’s better talk about failed projects I tried in the past for the challenges:
- Two mountains with a specific shape (didn’t found!);
- A group of soldiers from the Portuguese army (just one week is to short to obtain all the authorizations for a photograph)
- A Circus Elefant (the animal was in Spain arriving to Portugal at a date after the challenge’s dead line)
- A monkey for a photo with a nude model. The model just runs away!!!
- And most recently, a Shark. Not lucky, the fishermen didn’t catch any. I finished doing my “Last Supper” shot that took me 3 full days with casting included.

Here is one:

Lighting storm + umbrella (with little metal point at top) + me

Another one:

River after huge storm + very slippery rocks + me trying to balance with my tripod

Other than that I just make my models do the work.

Asked a total stranger if I could could take a picture of their pretty children and put it on the Internet.

Sharpened a LOT of pencils at differing lengths, only to determine that it was all wrong and I had to re-do it...

That's probably the bravest one I've seen in this thread, yet :-)

Counted to three which, apparently, was taxing the voters...

Caressed a wave...

Photographed things that weren't there...

and rendered those that were face- and featureless.

Looked high and low for a little sentience...

Got down on my knees (it don't matter how ya worship...) and

balanced a big stick on a little rock.

I cleaned up my sensor - as anyone else would do for a basic challenge where no spot editing (used to be) allowed...
