LOL You know what I mean, unless we were in a very controlled situation, you and I couldn't take the same shot if we tried. Think of the Shoes challenge, hundreds of people photographed a very simple everyday object and no 2 pictures were alike even though all were similar. |
I'll be the judge of that! ;-)
I'd say, for the purposes of this thread, two different shots of shoes thrown up over a telephone line are the same, for instance. The same way I'd say my face-in-fishtank was 'already done' (see first & second posts).
All decisions of the judge (that's me) are final! :-)

I've got photos just like this also, but black cat rather than a simaese. I have them with both garter snakes and milk snakes for that matter. |
Ahaha, Zoomdack will be joining Justin & I for a chilly jog through the quad!
:-D

Well, in that case, all photos are the same.

It's funny that in a thread about "photos that have never been taken before", most of the photos are setups of one kind or another.
Do you want to know what has never happened before and will never happen again, DPC? This moment! That's right, you missed it...but there's many more waiting for you! Go!
That's why I love journalism photography...always new, ever changing. |

Well, I have a shot that I'd love to post here, but I have a related one in the Landscape competition, so really can't do so. Although, I can say that surprisingly, I've never seen a shot of this particular locale here on this site - and it's not a completely unheard of place. I was SOOO pleased with it - it had been ages since I'd gotten a truly magnificent shot, but it's not scoring as well as I had hoped (granted, it's still a good score, 6+, but not the blockbuster I had imagined). I'll share it after the challenge is over. :-) |

I would say that every photo in this gallery and this gallery has never been taken before. |

I believe it's the first time that this was caught on camera:
By the way - don't bother looking at it if your monitor isn't calibrated properly. |

I agreed to nothing of the sort...unless of course I agreed by the sheer act of posting in this thread...in which case I'll just run away! Just try and catch me - but remember, don't slip.

There is a key difference - here I combined two styles to make one unique shot.
