Hmmm so I guess you are saying Nuclear Power is a failure? Does this shot represent nuclear power as failure? Not really. If you would have had a shot of the Chernobyl plant in the Soviet Union and it's effects on the area and titled it accordingly then I would have voted 6 - 10 depending on the shot.

However...this shot will get a score from me based on the technical aspects of the shot only.

Although the shot is ribbon worthy, I agree with cutter on the facts of his case. This is a woman standing in front of sacks. Could have had the title "sack stacker" or "sack folder".
