It's a blue eye and a very pretty.
The composition is alright, maybe cropped a bit too close - but - I'm sure it was do to the the size rules. Cutting off the bottom and end points takes away from the over all look.
The other suggestion would be the lighting. It's too dark to see the beauty of this shot. Good focus, good color.

I thought this shot would of finished better. Maybe too many had the same idea........or
maybe the composition held it back.
I think the color is perfect, the focus is good and the lighting.
Would it of scored higher if the camera was higher? Humm, maybe. I like the idea of being eye level. It puts the viewer in the flame. Closer would of been another idea.
Over all I like this and only the two suggestions.
