Smooth as Grassby AaronComment: Your picture is an excellent example of the role depth of field plays in a picture, and I'm not trying to be sarcastic:) You can see a narrow area in the grass that's sharp and the rest is more or less blury. If your camera allows you to adjust DOF, you might try some experiments and see the difference. I like your idea very much, and if the grass and the cat were sharp it would have been one of my favorites. |

Cavern Graffitiby indigo997Comment: Really a great photo. I didn't understand your titile while looking at the thumbnails, but now it's obvious:) Beautifully done. |

gemstonesby mcmurmaComment: Nicely captured, but I find that the background behind the gemstones is a little distracting. |

Lovedby FrooberComment: So finally I get to 'Kermit':) Yes, I can see where the titile might be a bit ambiguous and allow some people to think too much. |

Curvatureby KonadorComment: Sunlit metalic surfaces are notoriously hard to shoot, expecially in available light and you did a good job. You shot yourself in the foot a little however by not using all the file size allowed. Your picture isn't as sharp as it could be. |

Guest of Honorby myqylComment: Cute photo. It would have been one of my favorites if the girl's hand wasn't blurred. |

Capitol Domeby ClubJuggleComment: Good control of your verticals in this photo. It looks like you used a longer telephoto setting with good results. |

waspby tomlewis1980Comment: Very good macro shot. Your depth of field is perfect. What should be sharp is. Good exposure. |
