 Sun had just gone down behind the main chimney stack and a boat went passed which gave the ripples.
RawShooter:
Shifted white balance towards blue.
Boosted contrast and saturation.
Photoshop:
USM and noise reduction.
Levels, Channel Mixer and Hue/Sat.

Absolutely stunning. Colors are awesome. I think the ripples actually add to the overall image, though it would be nice to see one with the water as smooth as glass for comparison... Did you get one at all?

Superb colours and the rippling reflection is excellent. I'm glad you chose the vertical format rather than horizontal. It is the kind of scene which demands to be photographed.

Wow.

Love the juxtaposition of the beautiful sky and the ugly chimney and pollution.

The deep colours of the foreground draw the eye into the image and the sihouette is very dramatic without being cliche.
