@maryo - Yes the tilt was intentional. I felt it made more of an impact imho. I tried to straighten it but it just didn’t look right. I was also very aware I would get comments about that ;)

Thanks for the super nice comments. This is probably my favourite extended editing image so far that I’ve created.

The tilt works well to add impact. The obsessive in me automatically squares up everything in post processing. I suspect I might not have thought to try entering the tilt. Well played. For the EFS challenges I am always combing my shots for the month looking for images that might merge well together. You have chosen very well.

i'm so happy that this ended up with the blue ribbon ..
just read what you wrote .. I LOVE THE TILT . !!! ..
if it had been level my personal opinion is that it would have lost a lot of its appeal .. the tilt creates a bit of dissonance that adds tremendously to this image ..:)

Solidly in your corner, Anita, and one of your 10's from early on in the week. I never wavered. This is wonderful and the tilt looked not at all unintentional or careless. I agree that it's much more dynamic than straight would have been. I'm not sure why anyone would "discount as a non-photo" a collage in an Extended rule set challenge . . . I would have thought the opposite and that you would get extra points for that LOL This is fine, really fine. Congratulations on the Blue.

oh yeah ..!!.. shades of science fiction .. which i love .. :)
the feeling of other dimensions .. and the almost ethereal feeling .. totally wonderful ..
would be an excellent album cover .. do they do that anymore . ??!! ..
but i'm loving the way you have combined the various images to create something on a whole other level .. brilliant .. :)

Ok, normally I'm not a fan of photo collages, etc. that show up under the Extended rule set - however I have to say this is a cutting edge presentation that looks like a professionally done advertisement. Maybe that's what you do for a living? Whatever ... the end result for this is pretty awesome and hard to discount as a "non-photo". Well done.

I love this. It's futuristic and surreal and really quite wonderful. But why is it slightly tilted? I can't tell if that's intentional.
