		| | This is fabulous, Mark. How odd that both of us have experienced the same win/DQ/win cycle recently. Congrats on the tt in a FS! |

		| | I still think it's so weird it's not called Marshall Fields anymore. My friends and I would always go in there or the Carson Pirie Scotts between classes to waste some time once in a while. Kudos on the top 10 and thanks for the memories. |

		| | I remember our yearly trip to the city to see the Marshall Fields windows. It was a magical day, with a stop to look at the window displays, then dinner at The Berghoff, and then a show (usually A Christmas Carol or The Nutcracker). Great memories! Thanks for sharing. |

		| | I'm going through the entries, stopping at those images I feel have had the benefit of an unconventional eye and dwelling a little longer to try to see and appreciate what you saw. This is one of those images.
Positives: This is a delightful image - great foreground and background offer loads of intensity. I really like the high contrast handling too. You lower POV (down to the girl's level) involves the viewer and creates a sense of being there. The reflections in the window are particularly compelling and offer a great sense of space.

 Critical stuff: Nope

Overall: Standout composition and sweet subject without an ounce of schmaltz. Great stuff.
