Day two - actually taken a couple weeks ago but edited today - it was raining here all day so couldn't get out to shoot anything new.

| This is a pretty full side challenge ... considering it's almost 100 here and the flowers are not liking it at all I'm going to bow out and let you all have fun with this :) |

Day 2
Just a picture I took in my backyard but since I really like those flowers, you might see a fair bit of them in this side challenge.
They are flowers of coriander, which then turn into seeds that are used as spices.

I was lucky to find a fresh wildflower today...most of the wild ones around here are gone or going to seed. Starting to see lots of berries instead of flowers! |

Shame that you are pulling out, as I know there are a lot of people in this side challenge. I also know that a huge percent of the ones doing this, are only doing it part time, due to other things they have to do, and also being away part of the month.
I also hate saying NO to people, who ask to join us.
It is suppose to be fun, and that is all that really matters to me, as I like to take photos, share them, and learn along the way, and making new friends, is one of the bonuses.
I think flowers always make me SMILE.

| Don't worry about me Shez .. I thought I could do this one but the weather is wilting everything here. I didn't think it was going to get this hot but they are expecting a few weeks of this heat. My poor body can't take the heat well either these days. I will come look at all the beautiful flowers everyone is taking pictures of :) |

hi shez and everyone ..
i was going to drop out'v this side challenge for various reasons ..
have been a bit busy doing other stuff and also i didnt think there were many flowers around here at the moment being winter etc ...
i went for a walk on the firetrail today thinking of flowers and low and behold .. HEAPS of flowers !! .. all very small, but very pretty and photogenic none the less .. i just hadnt been noticing them before ..
i just wanted to say i'll be starting to post and comment probably tomorrow ..
also i had a quick look at some of the thumbs and talk about beautiful .. !!!
this is going to be a real challenge for me .. :)

Hey Roz, I am so pleased you found some flowers on the walk today, and I look forward to seeing what you some up with, as you and your macros are awesome.....
Don't forget the little bugs you like, can also be on some of the flowers, and I know you love bugs.

Sher, i'm having a hard time keeping up already with me participating in the SP side challenge and this one so I thought that I would post only on the odd day of this month rather than every day. This way I won't have to quit this side chall. and have fun in both. Hope this is ok. There are so many images in this thread that I have to pick and choose which ones i'm going to comment on. I would love to do them all but there's no way I can type that much. lol
