I just watched the game last night, having recorded it and avoided all contact with news media for two days. I say congrats... that was a brilliant game, though rather heartbreaking watching the Germans stumble around like they were drunk after the first goal. Then on comes Schweinsteiger and things seemed to collect a bit, Poldoski's goal gets things hot, then it all collapses in the last ten minuntes of the game... unbelievable. A great game, very exciting, but you can imagine how disappointing (for some). ;-)
Edit: if Germany doesn't beat Austria on Monday, I will weep.

except that i think that the three cards within the last two minutes of the game including the send off of schweinsteiger were quite ridiculous. |

| Unlucky greece! Who ever said it, you're right...a team full of stars doesn't guarantee success, but by greece's showing in this championship, neither does a team without any!!! Thankfully it seems, positive play and tactics seem to be winning the day. |
