Hi Jo..welcome aboard!
Posting a pic:
1. Go to the page you have your image stored and cut and paste the last 6 numerical digits onto your browser.
2. Come over here to the forum and click the next-to-the-last box at the top of this 'post' area. Go to the post area first though!
3. Go to the top of the page and paste the numbers into the area provided.
4. If your firewall prohibits this action, you merely check the box provided that asks you to allow this action.
5. Go back to the next-to-the-last box and click it again and proceed with pasting the numbers into the allowed space.

added one now for tomorrow as I am getting ready to leave for S Dakota for the next 2 &1/2 weeks. I am going to the Rosebud Indian reservation where I will be the hospital & clinic ObGyn for 2 weeks. I am very excited about getting back to work, and in sucn an interesting place, where my skills are sorely needed. I will definitely be bringing the cam, and will no doubt regale you with images along the way!! :)

Actually got some shots of the house this afternoon when we got, oh, maybe an eighth of an inch of snow :-) The yard always looks prettier when hidden by some snow. May use one of those tomorrow. |

Sunset and I was leaving work. Just had to walk down the ramp and into my car. Which is the one on the far left of the photo (white), right next to the lamp post.
And ... ta da ... I had my where I live Day 15 shot.

Another old building in Springfield. Looks like i am stuck i another rut, just can't seem to get away from old buildings. The amazing thing about this one is i have lived here sense 1980 and have driven within about 3 blocks of it and didnt know it was there until yesterday. when i saw a picture in the local paper about it. the present owner is having a dispute with the city over some safety issues. |

There seem to be a lot of these pesky varmits around here lately since the drought has them concentrated into the remaining water holes. I didn't shoot anything today because of work and such, so here is one from a while back. No trip to Florida is complete without getting a look at a gator.
From the place that I shot the sunset yesterday, you can see a coupe of hundred of their bright red eyes on the lake at night with a good spot light.
I shot this with my picture stick (monopod) and self timer at 2 sec using 18mm. the left one is about 9 or 10 ft long.

day 15
i took some photographs of cows this morning and was going to put one in for day 15, but i can hear thunder, so unless it bypasses us i'll have to shut down the computer and pull the leads from the wall ..
i've just processed these three from the zoo last monday so i'll put these in instead .. sorry if you find them sad .. i do ..
i was just going to process some giraffes .. they looked really funny .. it would've gone well with these as a contrast in emotion .. :)

I spent most of the day with Pickles at the vet, so this all that I had time for picture wise.
This is a pen factory. The round silver ball on top is the water tower. They used to make their own ink too, so they had to have their own water reserve.
