This is so sad, Roz. It's a fabulous photo, but I feel bad gushing about the photo when the subject matter is so heart wrenching. Thanks for showing us this - hope it helps raise awareness. |

We need to see sad because that's life for animals in captivity. I'm sure all zoos do the best they can to comfort their animals, but still...they are locked-up in jail.
This wonderful creature still tenderly holds her baby and I know she's not thinking this, but one gets an uneasy feeling she's wistfully wishing for freedom for her baby. Extra nice editing...looks like a painting Roz. |
