 I brought this Tropicana Rose in out of the rain today. I thought the water drops were nice. This is the last one for the season. There will be no more until next spring. I will miss them, they are such a pretty rose. I used an extension tube on my camera for this shot. I am still learning how to use it. |

Days 18, 19, and 20
Today I took somewhere in the neighborhood of 200 candid shots of folks enjoying themselves at my church's Fall Carnival. Unfortunately, I have no images to show for my day's fun.
Don't worry, no images were lost. I was shooting for a friend while he manned the Free Photo Booth. It was fun, but there were some great candids that I never got on my own memory card.
...Never mind.
I am briefly caught up anyway, having traversed my own back yard for these offerings of mundanity. (spell checker thinks that's not a word, but I like it so I'm keeping it.)

Am of to bed now but I just want to thank everyone for their wonderful,encouraging and supportive comments. This is the most fun i have had on DPC and I am really enjoying every aspect of the whole challenge ;) |

thank you everyone for your comments .. i love reading them .. they often improve my day ..:)
this is my 7th side challenge and in each one i've learnt so much and grown heaps in my photography ..
i'm noticing so much growth by other people as well in this side challenge .. its just plain wonderful .. !! :)
