MORE SPOILERS FROM LAST NIGHT...

Get a load of this. People work really hard on this stuff and probably need to get a life, but I'll take it.

Seems like this episode had Hurley doing a 180 from his behavior in "Everybody Hates Hugo". They need to keep up continuity...

It shouldn't matter the last time you opened this thread...do you not watch weekly?? The last epesode is usually what would be the one being talked about since the title of this thread is weekly "LOST" thread...didn't mean to confuse anyone, just saw that this thread was already started and didn't want to create another.

Clint, he lives outside of the US, so they are not on the same schedule as we are. Where he lives they are 12 episodes behind us, so when he reads this thread he gets a glimps into the future. So he will no longer read this thread as to not spoil things for himself.

There is an article in Entertainment Weekly March 3, 2006 issue worth checking out. I know everyone has so many theories about the show but this brought some ideas to the surface I haven't heard yet - the article is LOST, Decoding The Big Mystery.

I just cancelled all my TV. I wonder how LOST I'm going to feel without LOST. I saw the first season when it appeared on netflix anyway - whole lot less annoying than the current scheduling!

I'd actually prefer not to be at the random whim of the schedulers and just get the whole season on DVD.

Wow, another great episode tonight. Some things explained, but that just left more unexplained. I love it!

I disagree. Last night's episode was BORING. Claire was acting like a spoiled brat and the writing was very lazy. John and Jack seem to have switched opinions about the captive. Why was John asking Jack what "the plan" was again? Wasn't Jack against the whole idea in the first place? The whole episode just didn't hang together very well. Looking forward to a better one soon (apparently not next week).

While I didn't find the episode boring I do think they are taking a weird almost out of character turn with some of the characters. They all were acting like spoiled children last night... that is what characters we actually saw. I think perhaps the cast and writers are starting to enjoy Hawaii just a bit too much (too many pineapple drinks);)

Did i miss an episode? I thought sayid was 'questioning' the captive? I expected more of me ecko..the look he gave the captive at the end was interesting....and the captive is manipulating john rather well.

I missed the first seeason, so i missed the claire thing altogether- is no one questioning the medical bit and it being in a dharma bunker? No one seems to be questioning how/why they were taking calier/teh baby - or perhaps i missed that discussion back when it happened.

the theartrical blue/clothes/beard - they are the others it appears - so have they left (not likely) or where are they now??

I did find the whole John/Jack switch a bit confusing too. Then the whole deal with Mr. Ecko was a tad bit odd. Why confess to the captive? I found it interesting that John, who seems to pride himself on his intellect in many areas didn't seem to pick up on the manipulation by the captive.

I found it interesting seeing what Claire went through, but the fact that she confused Ethan with the people who were going to care for her baby? I realized she was drugged but.. dang those must be some awesome drugs because she was only gone for two weeks.. to be that brainwashed so soon.. weird.

Also I am interested in that girl that helped her. I thought the French Lady told them she'd killed her child Alex.. yet she seems to think she is alive and was hoping to find her. Confusing again!

I found the episode decent but the Jack/John switch at the beginning really tainted it for me, it did have me feeling like people hadn't remembered what went on in the earlier episodes when writing this one and that feeling ended up perservering throughout the night.

I am interested to see what the next episode will bring. Whether there is any truth to the captive's story about the balloon. My guess is he's going to end up being freed because he's an other and they planned his capture from the beginning so they'll plant a crash site to give his story credence. Guess we'll find out in a million weeks when they decide to give us the next new episode.

It had to start happening some time. Same writers as Alias, same lack of clue where the plot is going to go and just making it up as they go along.
Lots of good ideas but no real follow through.

Once Alias took a turn for the worse, it went down fast. No amount of Garner's pouty, full lips was going to save it. I was hoping for a longer ride on LOST. However, it's only one episode. Maybe the writer was having a fight with his/her spouse...

So, Anyone think Helen is in co-hoots with Locke's Father?? Seems fishy to me. Locke and Helen are the only ones to show up at the burial? Did everyone catch Nadia???
