I already added this to the watched this, will hopefully be able to help someone out with something for the holidays! :)
A few things I wouldn't mind seeing for Christmas:
Crochet needles
yarn
A scarf(compliments of JDubsgirl, Thank you SO much!!), or gloves, etc... if there's anyone out there who knits or crochets! (I'll be busy making presents so I won't have time to make myself either of these) ;)
Postcards (I'll add my addy to the list on that thread)
A signed photo by any of the fabulous photographers on this site :)
Peace in the middle east & safety for our troops
For everyone to have a wonderful Christmas & holiday season :)

Realistic stuff...
a jacket with a hood :)
refillable water bottle
water bottle sling
77mm clear (protective) filters
any 77mm filters :)
lens cleaning kit
8 gig (or more) CF card

I'm just hoping for a bunch of holiday cards from the other thread. I moved up north by myself (I was living with my boyfriend, brother, and 4 other best friends) in order to take a job this year, and it's been a little lonely - these cards are going to mean the world to me! I'm very excited :D Great idea!

Jutilda, I'll take a package of Bluebonnet seeds. No idea if they'll grow here, but I'll put them in a pot come spring and give it a shot!

Deb- that is an awesome idea. I think they will grow. YIPPEE

Send me a PM with your address: Jutilda@aol.com

I'm having fun filling a few wishes. If anybody has a decent tripod they want to part with, mine is ultra cheap and kinda crummy.

Are there laws in your country of residence that disallow importing of foreign plants/materials? My sister was refused a plant from Mexico at customs last time she went. It wasn't a fruit or anything like that, just a regular common plant.

Which one of those tees suits your fancy? hee hee

Also, I think I have some Fujifilm 400 BW film. It is 3 years old though, but in the original package, never opened. I'll look.

Hahaaa!!! At the moment I really like Daisy and birds of a feather. I think they go on sale right before christmas tho, I'll see if I can get some then.

hmm I will have to do some wish fulfillment this christmas!

Oh, probably. But I'm going to put them in a pot out back and will be very careful not to let them propagate. :-) Either that, or I'll share them with my neighbors.

Judy, I have a cheap crummy tripod but I don't know what happened to the head. :-P

Deb - no worries. Mine works fine and I'd hate for you to pay for shipping. I was just throwing it out there.

Since I want to send you seeds, I don't think it would be a problem. Email me your address again.

I have a tripod head, but not the tripod! It's one of the Bogen/Manfrotto pistol grip type. Judy, it's yours if you want it! Just PM me your address.

I am updating my requests to wish that today would GO FASTER.

*EDIT* Ok, to be totally honest though, anyone with a 49mm coupling ring would be my absolute HERO EVER.

It is so much fun filling small wishes of people I have grown close to on this site. My wish is for 72mm close up filters as I feel I will probably never get a macro lens. I also will be joining the Christmas card exchange.

Okie dokie! Believe me, I have plenty!!

How many do ya'll want? and what size? I have tall ones (~40 of them. They grow to about a foot and a half tall) and short ones (~20 of them. They grow to about 6 or 7 inches tall) :)
