Yes, it was "Schrödinger" |
And then he gives you a 4 because he doesn't know that you already knew that. |
I'd never give a 4 to Deb. Besides that, I'm sure she only forgot his name. |

I did know it was Schroedinger. I just don't remember how to use my keyboard to find the umlaut characters. :-) Now I just need a box and I have a shot for the Illustrated Word side challenge.... (Of course it would help to have slightly more cooperative cats and better lighting, but hey, a girl's gotta try!) |

Someone put a big ol' "X" on my box...you're certainly welcome to use it! (But, not my cat...;-)...)

As far as Slippy knows, a Posthumous Ribbon has not been awarded to Slippy. It is therefore Slippy's position that the Posthumous Ribbons are a scam being run by royalty out of somewhere in Africa. That's all Slippy has to say about that.

Ich habe kein umlaut, helas, and no accent at all. And it is beginning to freak me out not having them. (Bear is into the whiskey, either that or he is a really hypocritical redneck for knowing Shro"dinger at all). |

vir muchte umlaut haben, oder . . . æ ø å diacritic signs are a useful supplement to an insufficiently phonetically representative . . .
alas, poor Schrödinger's cat, I knew him well . . . |

Pet Portrait:
I was very surprised at the results of this challenge. I thought there were a lot of entries that should have done much better including Cutter's which I thought was the best in the challenge.

This won hands down for me and by an absolute mile, a portrait that speaks volumes about its subject! Dismayed this didn't do better! Hasn't traded on the cute factor to win the popular vote and so much better for it!

Selling a Posthumous Ribbon automatically invalidates its worth, unless of course I get my 15%. |

I'm pretty sure you could sell one on eBay. Just let me know when it's listed, OK? |

Must nominate by johst582 for the most underrated, yet spot on interpretation of the b/w in color challenge. |

Black and White in Colour
Well two of my favourite three finished in the top ten....the one that did not maybe suffered coming the week after a pet portrait challenge but at 71st with 5.87 I thought it was underrated.

Why don't we have a posthumous ribbon of the week challenge?
could be rather interesting -
Who will win the voters ribbon?
who will win the posthumous ribbon? |
