Haha, this has stopped being funny! That weekend, the 5th of July I have to got to attend a wedding so I can´t come to this GTG either. I am starting to feel like a broken record... Sorry guys but you are just going to have fun without me, I know it´ll be hard but I hear Gary is going to drown your sorrows in beer so you should be fine.
Guess I´ll have no excuses for the GTG 2009 since I can probably walk to that one... |

| Larus.. :( Boo that sucks I think you'd have more fun with us.. just saying.. and our landscapes are brilliant as well.. but differently.. ;) Oh and I've heard some of our new models.. aren't the least bit afraid of nudity and are all that and a bag of chips ;) |

Awe come on, there isn't that much snow here, its been a fairly dry year only getting about a third of the amount that we usually do ;) see the thumb its not so bad...

Ms. Waterleap-Is there a Hotel you've picked that is central, affordable that will be able to accomodate a majority of us?
I'm guessing the July 4th weekend will be crazy traveling in the US and Canada? Yikes!
I figure the faster we can plan the easier it will be to pull off and maybe a bit cheaper. |

I am negotiating a deal with a hotel as we speak. The previous options we had didn't work out. Had to go back to the drawing board.. and this is where we are currently at.
As soon as I have group rate codes.. I will post them here!!

Okay so we have been getting requests about payment:
The cost for the workshop (July 5, 2008) is $200.00 as originally posted in the first part of this thread. Whats included in your 200.00 fee? Well let me tell you; a continental breakfast (coffee/tea/juice/muffins etc) Your workshops in the morning then lunch (to be determined but full of goodness) and your afternoon workshop sessions.
All of you on the list should have emailed us at: europemeetscanada@gmail.com by now.
I am going to send out an email to everyone on the list my home address. We are setting up a bank account for this workshop. The easiest for me would be if you could send money orders or cheques.
Once I have received payment I will send out another email letting you know I have received it and you will be confirmed in the workshop.
A lot of people are wondering about hotels etc.. I am in the process of securing a group rate with a hotel here. Once I have the codes etc.. I will post them along with the address phone numbers etc.. The other options we were pursuing didn't work out so we had to implement plan b.
Dont forget most hotels have two double beds.. so if there is someone you would like to room with to cut costs.. we have a pretty expansive list of names.
Any questions... fire away... I'm ready. :)
