Scores off is a wonderful thing, actually. And you can click on the picture to see if you have comments, which is more what I look for than the score anyway.

I love those rollover night angels that send me to bed with sweet dreams of appreciation. Last night I got two votes that averaged '8' on my Diagonal. This morning there is a return to reality with an average score of 5.0952.

My diagonal was significantly above 5 this morning (rollover 7 a.m.) and has now fallen to Votes: 17 /Views: 2 / Avg Vote: 4.5882. I didn't tilt the camera or the picture and there are no huge great ugly diagonal lines in it, so I guess that's enough for it to bomb out of range for most. Serves me right for reading what it says in the challenge description. I'm tempted to post the diagonal-line-ridden outtake that I didn't enter, but it would be a giveaway, so laters.

Someone commented on my LOW earlier saying that they didn't see how it was light on white.

If people can't actually see that it's light stuff with a white background maybe I really didn't take quite the photo I thought I did. When you get that sort of comment alongside other comments wanting more saturation, you have to wonder how you can possibly "win".

RESULTS

Well, this is a wacky week, and shows the importance of teamwork. Two teams with averages over 6 are disqualified this week for not having enough people playing, and that includes my team, I'm ashamed to say. This week's winner is yet another team to rock two 6+ scores.

Actually, I don't mind the punishment. Oddly enough it seems I get to a lot of you during voting anyway, without even knowing they're yours. I'll do my best to go comment on the suckage that wasn't last week. And as for my perspective shot, I really, honestly thought it would be about a 5.3. I have no idea why it scored as it did - it didn't even generate many comments. Weird.
