| A couple of interesting things this picture tells me - the most significant of which is that I didn't know it took nearly a year for the commission to submit their final report. In my dealings with the government, that's actually not bad! I with the "I like the pencil" gang on this one - adds a dimension that would be lacking without it. |

| interesting, but I didn't like the blurry pencil tip and date...thought that should have been more focused on. |

| Lots of fact and detail, but not much drama or interest...needs some character or human detail...? |

| I think Photoshop could fix that! Good take on the challenge, and the pencil adds depth to the image. |

| An interesting time in history. The title detracts. The pencil seems out of place and the letter alone is only an image of an artifact. I'd love to see more context in this image. 4 |
