I was and am still looking for something to jump through my screen and slap me. So far I have found 4 images that are instent 10's and I love them. I think one of these 4 will win. I just want to be fair to everyone so I am taking my time going through the over 800 images, good thing we have two weeks to vote.

I thought I entered a really nice shot.
I've had 12 very positive comments and the image has been added as a favorite twice. However...
5.1 average!
I'm very disappointed. |

My average vote cast is exceptionally high - wowsa so many good photos!!
Which is why I'm so shocked by the reported lower than expected scores, voters need more to drink.

DAMN.... I've been over 6.43 for the past 24 hours, now I just fell down to 6.38... I was hoping for a steady rise, as I only have positive comments where commenteer give my image from 8 -10 so I should be rising not falling....
still 10 days to go.. hope things will get better.....

Never ceases to amaze me when you look at the results. A stunning image receiving 20 tens and 2 ones. I am sorry but views don't differ that widely, the only reason for the ones is to help their own rating. |
Even more amazing when you've got a pretty good entry with a fair number of nines and tens just to see the score drop becaue of a few one votes 10 minutes before the challenge ends... :) |

That has been happening to me. Like elemess I don't want to jinx my score by posting it as I did with the bust of colour. However, I am quietly confident. |

Because some people have been saying in this thread how many 10's they've given out, one person said they gave out 50 10's.

KarenNfld that is exactly what I was thinking, well stated. Apart from that I have been watching my score and I have been seeing many of the infamous Troll's, my score has been moving up like .002 or .003 with great comments but down something like .005 to .015 without comments on single votes (with over 300 votes that indicated someone is really off with the rest of your votes) it takes votes like 1's or 2's to move a score that much at this point. My score is down more than .075 points in the last 20 votes.
Oh yea KarenNfld I really liked your comment on my submission thank you very much... |
