On my homepage I currently have a 4.2, 5.2, and a 6.2, lol....

5.2 is my best of score...4.2 is singled out...and 6.2 is roads...

I don't know, I have my scores turned off. I have absolutely no idea what my score may be, when I put my predictions up (like above) it's just how I feel at that time.

When I do the reveal it's going to be a surprise for everyone! :)

My worst case scenario is the photo bombs and everyone knows what a suck I am with this whole picture taking thing. :(

Currently I feel I should have entered a different photo - I was vacillating between too many photos last week.

For me it's been 2 steps up, 1 step down, 1 step up, 1 step down ... etc. Started at 5.7 but have been moving slowly but steadily up. If it keeps going like this I'll get a personal best which would make me very happy.

way to go guys, getting higher scores
i think alot of ppl are scoring higher then normal overall, which doesn't mean you will get a ribbon, but it is good because you can beat your personal record

I don't think that technically correct implies the best. Art by it's nature is subjective and if a photo conveys emotion, feeling or even "Wow" then that is an important consideration. Technically correct should eliminate a photo from the "bad" category but not necessarily push it in to the "good" category.

Guys...I went completely outside the box with my photo and thought it would get better scores than the 4.9 its getting now. Its amazing how fickle people are on this site. They ask you to push the envelop, then put it down because you did.

Not to imply I'm refering to YOUR photo but there is a great difference between OoF and soft focus and/or DPC has never been keen on abstract/flower/baby/cats/dogs/macro/kids/cars/sunsets/moonsets/sunrise/etc... :D

Oh i know that, mine is out of the ordinary and doesn't include any of the subjects you mentioned.
