I gave this shot a 3. My reason being that I didn't feel that it met the challenge which was to take a shot of " a Wheel ". It's a lovely shot of your daughter but I felt that the bike in the background was secondary to the main subject which was your daughter.
I feel that i scored your shot fairly. One of my favourite shots from this challenge was of flowers (I commented on that shot that I would have happily given it a 10 if the challenge was to take a shot of some flowers but as it didn't meet the challenge I gave it a 1)

A really good shot, however a flower is not a wheel hence low score of 1.
Had it been in a challenge to shoot a flower in bloom I would happily have given this shot a 9 or 10.
