very nice detail in this photo. I also like the diagonal view. Working on white backgrounds is not easy :) There is a very minor amount of image deterioration in the lower right corner that may be a result of level adjustments and uneven subject lighting. The caliper looks very good, but the pencil and it's elements seem a little oversharpened possibly. I'm not meaning to be picky here :) I am just pointing out some things that I see on a very well executed photo... = 9 - jmsetzler

This is a great study in color... I like the way you have composed and executed this image. I also like the shadows on the right side of the pencils... I thought about this and was wondering what it would have looked like if the pencils were lit from the right and left to remove all shadows, but I think the shadows offer some nice contrast here... good work! = 9 - jmsetzler

This is neat :) You know what would have been really neat? I would (just for fun) have scanned this maze and then done an obvious photoshop edit to the 'end of the road' part and given it some sort of creative title to go along with it :) good shot... = 8 - jmsetzler
