well i was wondering which image you put in that was getting ppl so divided about .. and i can see why .. you may'v travelled very close to the line with the processing on this but i'm glad it was allowed .. its a very interesting image .. i love all the amazing colours and the shiny look from the perfectum .. the scene really lends itself to this process .. well done on a 6.14 in the free study .. i read a lot of the comments, it took me most of the night !!!!! .. but i've gotta say i actually like the last guy with his face so indistinct .. interesting how different ppl like different things ...
i'm waiting to go pick up ali from a party .. its nearly the midnight hour here in oz .. keep well .. :)x

congratulations mark on this amazing photograph and process .. and congratulation on a new pb .. i reckon this one will be pretty difficult to beat .. altho looking at the quality of your work it will only be a matter of time .. :)
i'm sure a lot of 'better halves' would have to put up with very similar behaviour from their dpc maniacs .. your story sounds very similar to mine .. well the "come here and tell me which photo I should enter" sort'v comment ..
i think to beat the site record would involve a most brilliant photograph, the correct challenge and a lot of luck .. those voters are a very fickle lot .. all the best .. you certainly have the talent, imagination and obsessive nature to do it !!!!!.. :)

obviously you're real clean tho .. these amazingly luxurious shower cell facilities look like ppl would be falling all over themselves in an effort to be first to SK1 for their daily ablutions !!!!! .. now i'll have to check the spelling of ablutions coz it doesnt look right ..
one minute later .. nah .. its right .. weird .. who uses the word ablutions nowadays .. or the word nowadays .. now i'll have to check that one too .. it looks strange as well .. nahhhh its right too ..
anyway .. enough blathering on ..
love the combination of the mould and the obviously pristine shower cell and stuff !! .. the desat and the added green is excellent ..
you should get them to print it out and hang it in there .. ppl would be assuming that either the place got a real good clean or that the photograph got mould on it ... either way it would confuse them ...
well maybe that wouldnt be such a good idea .. !! :) ...

yeah charlie .. i've just read wot you wrote in the thread .. i opened this last night but didnt comment coz i didnt know wot to say !!!!! .. it brought to mind someone hanging and not from the gym bars !! .. i didnt want to offend you so i said nothing ..
this image evoked a sort'v disturbing feeling in that the legs look like they belong to a child and yet it looks as if she's being hung .. the background just intensifies the feeling .. makes me think of those dreadful times when they'd burn the 'witches' .. times of terrible ignorance .. every time we live in has terrible ignorance, but different ... but wotever .. :) ..
anyway .. i think in answer to your question as to how to make it look like she's more at a gym than actually being hung .. i'v got no idea except maybe to overlay another photograph of her at the gym where you can see her in action so it links it up with this one .. ?? .. i'm sure other ppl would have better ideas tho .. :)x
