Ken, I admire your courage to take a photo of them - I always worry about what they're likely to do if they catch me with my camera pointed at them.

I'm seeing good and bad here.

I like the overall composition, the diagonal, the mix between color and b&w, the individual photos and the whole theme.

What I don't like is what you've done on the half hearted thing you did to the overlapping frames - you sort of (but not really) erased the frames at those points.
I think you need to make up your mind which way to go - either leave them and play with the way they are layered/staggered, or merge/erase those corners properly.

Wow, I just dragged this photo into photoshop to try out a quick shadow/highlight adjustment. The difference is amazing, it really brings out the darker areas at the top.

This is quite an attractive photo. I like the diagonal, and the way that motley background emphasizes the pretty colors.
However, the connection to the challenge topic is only marginal.

I love the setting! If only the faces weren't in such deep shadow :-( A fill flash would have done wonders here, I think. Still a really nice shot for a tricky lighting situation.
