The Abyssby ralphComment: Ah ... verrrryy clever. Was just about to drop several points for shoehorning in a water drop when I remembered the alien. That was an amazing special effect for the time. So you get at least a point, maybe two, for making me smile at the memory.
Looking at the photo as a photo, it's very nice. I just might not have cropped it so tightly at the top.

First bloodby jeeptuningComment: Best movie of that series! Hmm. Was John Rambo married? That ring's a minor distraction, though. Nice pic! |

M E M E N T O ...................(The girl is in the mirror - it's not a photo)by emilarabComment: Great concept. Plus 1 for me recognizing it without being bashed over the head by the picture's title, minus 1 for bashing me over the head with the movie title in the picture itself, minus 1 for bashing me over the head by telling me in the title that the girl's in the mirror. It LOOKS like a photo of two pictures, and the title doesn't correct that.
That said, for this movie, a picture of two polaroids is dead on target.
Mush all that around and it lands on a 5. |

My New Dress and Hatby marcelliebComment: Hmm. Not sure about the selective desat. I like it in some cases, but here it draws me away from the absolutely adorable girl to the shirt. Yes, I know, that was the point. But man, what a cute kid! |

Loveby CarpeNoctemComment: This is a great shot. Way to go on learning from Konador and adding your own twist! A small improvement would be to make the title clearer since it's so central to the photo's theme. I mean less blurry; it's fine that you obscured the beginning with the lens. |

1by HBunchComment: Heyyyy ...
I was in that exact spot in June! Several friends from high school had congregated there for one guy's birthday. We then took a windy water taxi ride to the Navy Pier. Are the dragons still there?
And more importantly, is that you? :) |
