An amazing sky. I kind of wish you had cropped the composition just above the lights of the cabin and darkened out the roofline. It would make me feel like I was lying on the ground all alone on a warm summer night gazing upon the universe! Excellent first attempt at astrophotography.

I really like this shot Lydia. It’s too bad you didn’t have more time to work on it and bring out the highlights. Everything else about it is really good. What I like is the fact that you make all the important parts of the picture dominant in the composition. It very precisely tells a story and of course I love the dog! He really looks like he is enjoying the ride.

Thank you Roz. Yes. I was laying on the ground shooting up into the Bush. This particular hummer liked to rest on a dead branch near the top.
