Great Egret and Thunder Stormby JuliBocComment: Well, the original is pretty spectacular, but this takes the prize.
those forbidding clouds, eerie light and the pristine egret whites
make this a strong keeper.
for some reason this reminds me of the time a friend was showing off a pretty lake/reservoir. I asked if swimming was allowed. Her "no, this is a town water source" answer was accompanied by a great white egret suddenly taking off at one end of the lake. He flew the length of the water, pooping all the way. BUT, really this, IMO, is the best. The sky is a brilliant addition, and
if you happened to add just a tad more blue, that wouldn't hurt anything. |
