 Rotate & crop. TA Neutralizer. TA Color Blast. Originally I was going to do that in 2 separate layers with some sort of blending, but I ended up liking the look of one layer, two treatments, better.

That's interesting about using neutralizer followed by color blast. I like the natural look of this. I'm going to try that combination. It really brightened and defined the texture of the building..
