 Gave this one the ol' comic book treatment, after a crop to get rid of the dude's head at the bottom of the frame. ;) The Old Post Office building is one of my favorites in DC (so far, anyway).

I love the perspective, great composition! The cartoon filter works really well to create a lot of nice texture and contrast.

It's ready for Batman or Superman to fly in! I like it.

BTW, there is a free preset called 'Style 300' (available at //www.atncentral.com/topaz.htm) that might be interesting to try on the original.
