My life....at the end of a chainby tmorninglory96Comment: This is so sad I could cry. I hope he's just posing for this shot. It's a beautiful dog. The duotone works to bring out the depressing feeling of this image, but I'm not sure the blue tint works for me. Your angle, looking down on this poor dog, adds to the strong emotion I feel when looking at this (that is, it works). |

Desolated on the inside (4CJE)by justamistereComment: I like the colors a lot, the loose floorboards, and the genrally abandoned feeling of the interior. The title works perfectly to describe why you chose to not crop out the sunshine and green leaves. It could use a slight counter-clockwise rotation though, 'cause it doesn't look quite straight. Also, I like the angle, but would love to see it from a lower point of view to add some drama. Nice job, though - hope you don't mind my comments. |

Long Hard Trail and One Thirsty Bootby dsidwellComment: This is a gorgeous shot. That barbed wire is a perfect frame for a desolate landscape. Can't imagine why the boot is there, other than to add some interest (and it does add interest :-) I really love the b&w conversion and treatment you've done. |

Porche 911by DanSigComment: I think this is a little oversharpened. The white edges on the text and the Porsche text is slightly distracting. Otherwise, nice job. Beautiful car. |

Joys of Summerby markopellaComment: Beautiful! This is one of my absolute favorites in the challenge. The way you've captured these sweet little girls' expressions make it feel like there is nothing in the world more important than watermelon :-) Looks like they are right, too! |
