    Equipment I want to buy:
    Macro Lens Nikon Micro 60mm
    IR filter
    Telephoto lens
SoftboxPortable Photography Background and Light Box

Stuff I want to learn how/get better at shooting
I bought my first dslr camera because I witnessed a fantastic storm New Years 2009/10 but the pictures were very noisy from my point and click camera. I strive to get the perfect lightning picture and regularly upset my husband by dumping the kids on him while I drive around chasing Lightning storms!
I have a telescope and am very keen on learning how to combine it with my camera to photograph the moon, star trails, planets, meteor showers.

I know I have a long way to go before I will get any recognition for my photography but I am really enjoying learning and am very greatful to DPC and its members for being so educational and helpful!
Now give me a ribbon :)
