But maybe inspire a challenge of Above and Below. |

| i'm in but really it needs to be expert editing or at least advanced with a special exception to combine only two captures of different images. |

| The problem is: for those who don't have gear to take pics underwater, which is most likely most of us, how are we going to take a picture of something underwater even if we are allowed to combine images? |

Nothin' to it. Go where the water is awesome, and shoot with a polarizer. This one is basic edit, single shot jpg.
Is that a DSLR below the blue thing in the whale shot? LOL.

Assuming there is a special rule added that lets us combine two different images, all you have to do is go to an aquarium! |
