Stampede! This looks like a rare find, though with the fence it appears to be a farm of preserve. Interesting watching the behaviour.

Great capture! So much motion going on but you still have a lot of clarity.
03/17/2009 09:26:56 AM
Very nice stampede of wildebeest capture. Pity about the fence being visible at the top.
03/16/2009 03:07:21 PM
wow ... you'd have to be in a helicopter to get a shot like this .. either that or very high up .!!. amazing image .. :)
03/16/2009 01:30:01 PM
Good movement you captured here. I like that they are running off the frame.
03/16/2009 12:43:20 PM
Good composition and movement in the frame
03/16/2009 10:52:57 AM
WoW! What is this....
03/16/2009 10:21:27 AM
love the dust trails
03/16/2009 04:53:43 AM
Why not zoom in and only show the wildebeest and not the fence in the background?
03/16/2009 03:37:15 AM
wow very nice action
03/15/2009 10:53:39 PM
Fence hurts the wild feeling. Awesome action, maybe a tighter crop? 7
03/15/2009 04:40:20 PM
Very well captured, great POV.
03/15/2009 02:29:16 PM
the toning adds to this image
03/15/2009 01:39:32 PM
Great shot, I kinda wish they had a bit more headroom in the image but still a good capture.
03/15/2009 01:30:05 PM
TERRIFIC image. What a thrill to have been able to capture this!!
03/15/2009 01:05:03 PM
Can you say "National Geographic"?
03/15/2009 12:09:56 PM
Looks great in black and white. Love the energy.
03/15/2009 10:48:34 AM
wow, great action shot, and where were you to capture this, good conversion to black and white
03/15/2009 10:20:07 AM
Very nice image. It's good to see a few "great" images. This is a perfect reflection of your abilities as a photographer.
03/15/2009 10:09:54 AM
That's pretty neat with all the dust flying.
03/15/2009 07:51:58 AM
a real stampede, lovely shot
03/15/2009 02:43:29 AM
Beautiful with all the light dust
03/14/2009 08:58:57 PM
Nicely done - just enough dust, but not so much it hides the rear animals.
03/14/2009 07:32:55 PM
Action is nice.
03/14/2009 07:14:52 PM
really like the image, but i would have shown more of the ground before the wildebeests it would make it much stronger
03/14/2009 05:31:35 PM
Wonderful sight and well handled exposure. I wonder what a closer crop would be like, especially at least to remove the fence which reminds me too much of a safari park rather than of sheer natural beauty
03/14/2009 04:59:42 PM
Love the pov, the sense of movement that the dust conveys, the sense of purpose from the herd.
03/14/2009 02:42:25 PM
Coming back to comment...

Incredible action shot! Wonderful, vibrant, so full of life. Exceptional! 10
03/14/2009 02:14:49 PM
Love the power you captured with their movement. Great in b/w.
03/14/2009 09:19:28 AM
Neat shot. Nice crop. Fascinating POV.
03/14/2009 05:32:23 AM
a lot of action and energy in this shot. 6
03/13/2009 09:25:25 PM
Excellent, and a good BW conversion. Lots of action, good work... 6
03/13/2009 08:08:04 PM
My least favorite animals of the wild kingdom. I watched a documentary on them and they are the dumbest animals. They deserve to be ate. However, this is a fantastic photo. This captures the action and reminds very much of the documentary I watched. Fantastic capture. I gave it a 9!
03/13/2009 08:03:57 PM
The only thing I might have done is to clone out the fencing. Great shot.
03/13/2009 07:28:21 PM
Great shot.
03/13/2009 05:34:08 PM
I wish the fence weren't there... it would be so much more emotive. But still, it's fascinating. That kicked up dust is wonderful.

The dust. The animals. The wild movement. Neat photo which I quite like!
03/13/2009 02:16:43 PM
well at least they are running away from you.. nice
03/13/2009 01:57:35 PM
can't help feeling a tighter crop would have exaggerated the sense of their numbers and made for an even more intense shot.. the shot itself is great though!
03/13/2009 12:37:44 PM
I would not want to be in front of them! Nice in B&W
03/13/2009 12:34:11 PM
Wonderful movement and detail!
03/13/2009 11:37:12 AM
great actiion shot
03/13/2009 11:19:07 AM
Lovely repetition and pattern.
03/13/2009 09:15:10 AM
This type of photography leaves me speechless, its something I probably never will get to see but your images makes it real. Thanks you for this!
03/13/2009 08:49:20 AM
I like the movement in this, but if the fence was cropped out it would be better.
03/13/2009 08:28:30 AM
Amazing look at nature at work. Would love to see the colour version of this.
03/13/2009 06:51:47 AM
The dust trail makes this a great shot. Well captured.
03/13/2009 06:27:14 AM
Wow great shot pity you could not get rid of the fence.
03/13/2009 03:49:21 AM
Must have been a fantastic sight, love the dust trails they've created :)
03/12/2009 10:27:46 PM
hmmm good focus, really good tones
03/12/2009 08:55:34 PM
Not liking the fence in the background but great subject and stop action. Nice in b/w.
03/12/2009 03:09:11 PM
Yummy!
03/12/2009 02:42:57 PM
Great action shot.
03/12/2009 11:02:05 AM
Way to capture the moment.
03/12/2009 07:15:22 AM
Aren't they always? Nice!
03/12/2009 06:19:33 AM
This is so great - it have something to it - just love it - the only critism is that ita a bit unsharp - 8
03/12/2009 06:06:21 AM
The dust trails really give a great sense of motion
03/11/2009 11:15:38 PM
Nice shot, I like the dust being kicked up and the choice to do B&W. It looked like they were in the wild until i saw the fence in the top of the frame. That's ok though. Nice work.
03/11/2009 05:37:17 PM
Awesome photo... If I were to nitpick though, I would try to crop it to get rid of the fence, I find that it is the only thing that removes the natural feel to this. The dust that is kicked up makes this image though.
03/11/2009 05:14:04 PM
Great photo but I would have cropped the fence out to 'trick' the voters that the wildebeest's arent captive. But that is just me
03/11/2009 01:21:52 PM
personally i would crop the fence off. it would give the picture more wild freedom.
03/11/2009 01:20:01 PM
Very rugged! Was this taken in Africa during the migration?
03/11/2009 10:24:04 AM
Great action capture. Like the b&w.
03/11/2009 09:10:14 AM
Cool shot!
03/11/2009 07:37:45 AM
i like the movement of the image
03/11/2009 03:39:17 AM
Cool, well captures
03/11/2009 01:52:47 AM
