You definately got your point across. (I'm sure you haven't heard that before LOL) Great shot of the clear point and the soft focus going back to the eraser works very nicely. The lighting is great and I like how the pencil and shavings look like they are the only thing in the world. Your title reminds me of a song from TMBG that says "not to put too fine a point on it, you're the only bee in my bonnet..." Love that song...wonder what happened to that CD. Anyway, I can see this as an ad or a poster with "What's your point?" Written in the space at the top. Great job and good luck in the challenge.

Wonderfully executed photo. Simple and straight to the point (haha no pun intended - or could have been the title) The angle, layout/composition is great for this photo. I like the varied shadows under the point. Good choice of focus. Very nice photo 10

I think this is lovely - clean, wonderful use of white space, and I think the DOF is exactly right. Nothing I would change.
