This is pretty neat. I love how the pencils bend and how you positioned them in a way that the colors are spread out. I lie the reds. There is a blue glare/reflection in the glass to the left, just over half way up. Don't know if that had something to do with the glass, the background or the lighting. You might have not been able to avoid it, but if it were possible to avoid, it might have been a little better without it. Overall very nice photo. Great job and good luck in the challenge.

I don't know why but this makes me think of Buffy the Vampire Slayer?! Love the blue and red colour theme, the weird reflections and light and the stepped lines.

I love the distortion on this shot and the abstract value it presents... The only minor note is that i can see your reflection on the left and the right of the pencils :) - good shot... = 8 - jmsetzler

Very interesting effect, What is this?

very creative, i like the concept. i like all of the distortions and colors. Can't decide if I agree with the extra reflected light on the left - the way that it is lit on half. But I still appreciate the time and effort. Good work. 8

Very nice abstract. I think I would have liked some gentler lighting. Otherwise, the shapes and colours are gorgeous.

An interesting picture, but I don't like to see the name of the challenge used in the title. I'm not exactly sure what you've done to get this effect, and it's kind of hard on the eyes, but it makes you LOOK! Good balance, light and color.

I like it, I like it a lot! Only one small thing is the glair center left that detracts a bit. Still one of my top picke this week.

Nice abstract.

Nice effect. Rotate by about 1.5 degrees clockwise, and you get a perfect frame.

I like it. I'd frame it and call it art. The way the light bends around the glass is terrific. Well done. 8

This is a very interesting and original presentation of the mundane pencil. Wonder how you did this. Ice? What I find somewhat unfortunate is that the middle pencilsin the foreground row and also in the background row are so blurred. Also, the light on the left pencils are somewhat bothersome. I will revisit this one lateron this week. I do appreciate originality and effort a lot though!. Journey
