I'm not sure who this hurts more...
Anyway, looks like a cool sharpener.

I have to wonder if the eyes light up when you stick the pencil in his mouth. is this an actual pencil sharpener, or just a clever place to stick a pencil. The lighting and the angle are both good, however I think the wooden strip at the top of the photo is a little distracting from the photo. Overall great idea. Good luck with the challenge.

At first, i though the brown (floor?) at the top was distracting, but as i take a second glance, i think it helps compliment the angle of teh pencil, etc. Good focus and lighting. karmat

cute, and i like the gorilla, but the image does little to grab me. also, the strong diagonal in the upper part of the image is distracting from the overall composition, imo. (4) ~mcmurma

I find that piece of wood at the top intrusive on an otherwise plain background. Otherwise I really like it.

good play of lines balanced by the roundness of the hungry beast.

I like this because of the unusual angle (and scarey gorilla eyes;), but would like to lose the wooden thing at the back.

This is a superb quality picture and I can't fault it technically.

the wood in the background is a bit distracting, might have been better with just a plain background ?

This is very good and well executed image. The clarity is superb and so is the composition. Unfortunately, the imagery is not my cup of tea (I mean the animal toy/sculpture) and therefore it mars my viewing enjoyment. So my vote reflects my personal taste. Sorry. Will revisit this lateron in the week. 6 Journey

I like the gorilla and the pencil, and I like the angle a lot -- I don't like the table(?) cutting across the top of the image.
