Super image Jon! It's just a guess, but I think what hurt your score is the use of a statue for the subject. A similar treatment with real bodies probably would have scored much higher.

I think you owe it to your many fans to let us know how you achieved such a wonderful image. :)

This is an enormously attractive image, lots of pop. I can't imagine how you pulled it off. Technique aside, it strikes me as particularly appealing. I think it'll show up in the top 10.

Very interesting photo to look at. It seems the more I stare at it, the more I can see. Aesthetically, it is quite pleasing and I like how you've taken on this challenge by utilizing negative space and darkness..... 8
